Complete guidance to fill cancel udyam registration application form
APPLICANT NAME : Applicants should enter his/her name as per their aadhar card provided by UIDAI. ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣਾ ਨਾਮ ਉਨ੍ਹਾਂ ਦੇ ਆਧਾਰ ਕਾਰਡ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ ਜੋ UIDAI ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ।
Mobile Number : Applicants should enter his/her mobile number as per the udyam certificate. ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਉDYAM ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣ-ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਮੋਬਾਈਲ ਨੰਬਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
Enter Email Id : Applicants should enter his/her email id as per the udyam certificate. ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਉDYAM ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣ ਪੱਤਰ ਦੇ ਅਨੁਸਾਰ ਆਪਣਾ ਈਮੇਲ ਆਈਡੀ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ।
ENTER AADHAAR NUMBER: Applicants should enter his/her valid 12-digits aadhar number provided by UIDAI. ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ UIDAI ਵੱਲੋਂ ਪ੍ਰਦਾਨ ਕੀਤੇ ਆਪਣੇ ਮੋਹਰਬਾਣ 12 ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਆਧਾਰ ਨੰਬਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
ENTER UDYAM / UDYOG AADHAAR NUMBER : Applicants should enter his/her 19-digits udyam number, As mentioned on udyam certificate. ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ 19 ਅੰਕਾਂ ਦਾ ਉਦਯਮ ਨੰਬਰ ਦਰਜ ਕਰਨਾ ਚਾਹੀਦਾ ਹੈ, ਜਿਵੇਂ ਕਿ ਉDYAM ਪ੍ਰਮਾਣ ਪੱਤਰ ਉੱਤੇ ਜ਼ਿਕਰ ਕੀਤਾ ਗਿਆ ਹੈ
TYPE OF CANCELLATION : Applicant needs to choose the reason for cancellation of his/her registration with udyam. ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੇ ਰਜਿਸਟ੍ਰੇਸ਼ਨ ਨੂੰ ਰੱਦ ਕਰਨ ਦਾ ਕਾਰਨ ਚੁਣਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ ਉDYAM ਨਾਲ।
TERM & CONDITION : Applicants need to accept terms and conditions, by checking the boxes. Also, applicants need to share the OTP for further process of application. ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਬਾਕਸ ਚੈੱਕ ਕਰਕੇ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਿਯਮਾਂ ਅਤੇ ਸ਼ਰਤਾਂ ਨੂੰ ਸਵੀਕਾਰ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ। ਨਾਲ ਹੀ, ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਦੀ ਅਗਲੀ ਪ੍ਰਕਿਰਿਆ ਲਈ OTP ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ।
Note : Applicant has to share his rest of information and otp if we need it through Whatsapp or Email, we will contact you soon, we make sure all your information and data is safe with us. After your documents are complete we delete all your data. ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਆਪਣੀ ਬਾਕੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ OTP ਜੇਕਰ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਲੋੜ ਹੋਵੇ ਤਾਂ ਸਾਨੂੰ ਵਟਸਐਪ ਜਾਂ ਈਮੇਲ ਰਾਹੀਂ ਸਾਂਝਾ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ, ਅਸੀਂ ਜਲਦੀ ਹੀ ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੰਪਰਕ ਕਰਾਂਗੇ, ਅਸੀਂ ਇਹ ਯਕੀਨੀ ਬਣਾਉਂਦੇ ਹਾਂ ਕਿ ਤੁਹਾਡੀ ਸਾਰੀ ਜਾਣਕਾਰੀ ਅਤੇ ਡੇਟਾ ਸਾਡੇ ਨਾਲ ਸੁਰੱਖਿਅਤ ਹੈ। ਤੁਹਾਡੇ ਦਸਤਾਵੇਜ਼ ਪੂਰੇ ਹੋਣ ਤੋਂ ਬਾਅਦ ਅਸੀਂ ਤੁਹਾਡਾ ਸਾਰਾ ਡੇਟਾ ਹਟਾ ਦੇਵਾਂਗੇ।
SUBMIT APPLICATION : After details the applicant must click on submit application button. ਵਿਵਰਣਾਂ ਦੇ ਬਾਅਦ, ਅਰਜ਼ੀਕਰਤਾ ਨੂੰ ਅਰਜ਼ੀ ਜਮ੍ਹਾ ਕਰਨ ਦੇ ਬਟਨ 'ਤੇ ਕਲਿੱਕ ਕਰਨਾ ਹੋਵੇਗਾ |
